Thank you for choosing Chainless! We are committed to delivering premium, high-quality mountain biking gear straight to your door. To keep our gear unique and affordable, we operate on a specialized pre-order production model.

1. The Pre-Order & Delivery Timeline

At Chainless, we don't just pull items off a massive warehouse shelf. To maintain the highest quality standards, every piece of gear enters our production queue the moment your order is placed.

• Total Estimated Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks (10-14 business days) for your order to arrive at your doorstep. This timeframe includes the custom creation of your gear, quality inspection, and transit time.

• Think of your purchase as an exclusive pre-order—built specifically for you, packed, and delivered within a 14-day window.

2. Tracking Your Order

We want to keep you in the loop while your gear is being prepared. As soon as your items clear our production line and are handed off to the delivery courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

3. Multiple Shipments

If you ordered a few different items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on which production line finishes your gear first. Don’t worry—you will receive tracking information for every package, and there is never an extra shipping charge for split deliveries.
